This patch fixes warnings of checkpatch.pl script:

CHECK:UNNECESSARY_PARENTHESES: Unnecessary parentheses around devpriv->timer
+        init_timer(&(devpriv->timer));

CHECK:PARENTHESIS_ALIGNMENT: Alignment should match open parenthesis
