Do checksum offload only if the client of the driver wants checksum to be offloaded. In V1 version of this patch, I addressed comments from Stephen Hemminger <stephen@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> and Eric Dumazet <eric.dumazet@xxxxxxxxx>.
