patch 01 prevents removal of sysfs group we have failed to create
patch 02 removes the now unnecessary dgap_global_lock
patch 03 removes the now unused rawreadok insmod paramater and associated sysfiles
and code used to show and store this paramater. It was previously used to
bypass flipbuffer usage but that code is no longer in tree.
patch 04 fixes checkpatch warning on sscanf usage
patch 05 fixes checkpatch "suspect code indent for conditional statements"
patch 06 fixes a few of many 80 char lines as reported by checkpatch
