[PATCH] Staging: bcm: DDRInit: fixed bracing issues.

removed braces from single statement conditonals.
if, else, while opening brace placement was moved to last 
on first line of each, and closing brace moved to first on
new line to follow the linux kernel coding style thus removing
checkpatch errors respectfully.
