[PATCH 27/31] staging: comedi: ni_at_a2150: tidy up comedi_lrange tables

Tidy up the whitespace in the comedi_lrange tables.

Use the BIP_RANGE macro instead of the more generic RANGE macro to
reduce the potential for typos.
