The macro `COMEDI_FIRST_SUBDEVICE_MINOR` just expands to another macro `COMEDI_NUM_BOARD_MINORS`. Replace uses of `COMEDI_FIRST_SUBDEVICE_MINOR` with `COMEDI_NUM_BOARD_MINORS` and get rid of the former.
