Yep.

BTW, I was actually surprised to see the old

       depends on BROKEN || FRV || M32R || MN10300 || SUPERH || TILE || \
                  X86 || ARM

as none of FRV, M32R, MN10300, SUPERH, TILE implement the ISA DMA API...
