[PATCH 18/18] Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for TransportHeaderT and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for TransportHeaderT, and
changes the name of the struct to bcm_transport_header.
In addition, any calls to struct "xporthdr" are
changed to call directly.
