[PATCH 00/22] staging: comedi: rtd520: cleanup driver

Start cleaning up this driver.

1. Convert this driver to the comedi PCI auto attach mechanism.
2. Remove incomplete/broken DMA support.
3. Remove devel debug noise.
4. Cleanup the boardinfo a bit.
5. Cleanup some of the defines in the private header.
