Some patches for the das08 and das08_cs modules.

Patches 01 and 02 are bug fixes for the das08jr-16-ao board. Patches 03
onwards are clean-ups for the das08 module and to move the das08_cs
module's board list out of the das08 module.

I need to fix another bug that is present in Linus's tree (destined for
the 3.6 kernel) for this driver and that bug fix will stop patch 18
onwards applying cleanly.

Actually, it looks like only patch 18 needs updating after applying my
PCI ref count fixes (see "[PATCH 6/6] staging: comedi: das08: Fix PCI
ref count" dated Mon, 3 Sep 2012 16:39:43 +0100), so I'll post a v2 for
that patch.

Ok, I should have applied all of these now properly, with some ending up
in both the -next and -linus branches of the staging tree (merges
happening so they aren't duplicated).

Let me know if I messed anything up.

It looks fine, thanks. I have few more changes to make to das08, but I thought it would get too confusing if I posted them while the other patches were outstanding.
