[PATCH 18/20] Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _PACKETTOSEND and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for _PACKETTOSEND, changes the
name of the struct from _PACKETTOSEND to bcm_packettosend.
In addition, any calls to the following typedefs
"PACKETTOSEND, *PPACKETTOSEND" are changed to call
the struct directly.
