[PATCH 17/20] Staging: bcm: Remove typedef for _CONTROL_PACKET and call directly.

This patch removes typedef for _CONTROL_PACKET,
changes the name of the struct from _CONTROL_PACKET
to bcm_control_packet. In addition, any calls to the
following typedefs "CONTROL_PACKET, *PCONTROL_PACKET"
are changed to call the struct directly.
