Move DRIVER_HALT into enum LedEvents to fix:
drivers/staging/bcm/led_control.c: In function ‘LEDControlThread’:
drivers/staging/bcm/led_control.c:817:3: warning: case value ‘255’
  not in enumerated type ‘LedEventInfo_t’ [-Wswitch]
