I cloned linux-next from
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git
and all of the patches are missing. So I have put together 9 patches.

Before I send them, I want to make sure I have the details right. The
first three patches are just reposts of Stefan's patches. The only
change is to add an Acked-by from me. I hope that is kosher.

The next three are the rtllib patches. They are just reposts except I
added the Reviewed-by from Dan. Again, if this is wrong I will take
them out.

The last three are just reposts.

I applied all the patches to linux-next and they all applied cleanly.
But the "git diff -M" patch did not rename the files. How do I apply
the patch and get the renames? I want to make sure this patchset builds
before I submit.

Cheers,
   Sean
