In Linux we are always doing style improvements to working drivers.

But this is linux-media driver, and the driver-devel email list only
cares about drivers in drivers/staging/ so we can't really answer
your question.  Look in MAINTAINERS or use the scripts/get_maintainer.pl
script to find the right maintainer.
