I suggest you don't a set and then use ntohl but
instead only use ntohl

	t->wmanIfCmnCpsFixedVsVariableSduInd = ntohl((long)psfLocalSet->u8FixedLengthVSVariableLengthSDUIndicator);

huh? There are a few of these that don't make much sense to me.
ntohs then ntohl?  why?
