The wiki has sort of gone read only except for existing members
because of constant spam. I've had a long term project that hasn't
seen the light of day to investigate other wiki engines to see what we
can actually do to increase the difficulty of the sign up process..
That's fine, I doubt there's a great need for new wiki content at the
moment.

I've talked with the osuosl.org people, and they have suggested that we
move to using their hosted mailman and web service instead of having a
separate virtual box, and I think that might be an easier way forward to
handle outages like we just had.

Any objections to this?
