Hello Greg,
there are a couple of patches still outstanding (=not merged into
staging-next) for brcm80211. Since they have been outstanding for a
while, and there was some 2.6.38->2.6.39 turbulence, I can understand if
things don't apply smoothly.
If you experienced any merge problem with these outstanding patches, you
can drop them all, and I can prepare new ones for you that should apply
cleanly.
