[PATCH v2] staging: android: ion: use macro DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs fops

It is more clear to use DEFINE_DEBUGFS_ATTRIBUTE to define debugfs file
operation rather than DEFINE_SIMPLE_ATTRIBUTE.

Found using coccinelle.
