[PATCH] hv: utils: fix coding style

Checkpatch script is showing a coding style error and is showing:

ERROR: else should follow close brace '}'
+	}
+	else if (hvt->mode == HVUTIL_TRANSPORT_NETLINK) {

This commit fixes the coding style, not a functional change.
