Hi Nishad,

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing
for the autobuilders to play with it.

This is the sort of patch we might want to think about backporting
for stable, but it is sufficiently complex to do that I' think we'll
wait for someone to actually request it.
