This patch introduces `__should_decompress_synchronously' to
cleanup `z_erofs_vle_normalaccess_readpages'.

 - Leave the original threshold "3" for DEFAULT_MAX_SYNC_DECOMPRESS_PAGES
   and just do the cleanup work.
