[PATCH 17/20] staging:rtl8192u: Rename LastSeg - Style

Rename the member variable 'LastSeg' to 'last_seg', this change
clears the checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

This is a simple coding style change which should not impact runtime
code execution.
