[PATCH 06/20] staging:rtl8192u: Rename Rx_Smooth_Factor - Style

Rename the MACRO Rx_Smooth_Factor to RX_SMOOTH_FACTOR, this clears the
checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

This is a coding style change which should have no impact on runtime
code execution.
