Rename the member variable 'TxBFCap', since it causes a checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming. The variable has been renamed to 'not_used_tx_bf_cap', since the member is not actually used, apart from initialisation, which has been removed. This is a coding style change which should not have an impact on runtime code execution.
