[PATCH 07/10] staging:rtl8192u: Remove unused CHHLOP_IN_PROGRESS - Style

The macro CHHLOP_IN_PROGRESS is never used in code, so has been
removed.

This is a coding style change which should have no impact on runtime
code execution.
