[PATCH V3 2/4] X86/Hyper-V: Add hyperv_nested_flush_guest_mapping ftrace support

This patch is to add hyperv_nested_flush_guest_mapping support to trace
hvFlushGuestPhysicalAddressSpace hypercall.
