[PATCH 04/18] staging: mt7621-pinctrl: replace ENOSYS with better fitting error code

This commit replaces ENOSYS return with ENOTSUPP silencing the
following checkpatch warning:

WARNING: ENOSYS means 'invalid syscall nr' and nothing else
