What about the

	if (par->gamma.curves && gamma) {
		if (fbtft_gamma_parse_str(par,
			par->gamma.curves, gamma, strlen(gamma)))
			goto alloc_fail;
	}

a little above this?

Presumable then it should goto err_info too.
