[PATCH 2/3] Staging: gdm724x: tty: Remove unnecessary macro 'gdm_tty_recv'.

Remove the macro 'gdm_tty_recv' which adds unnecessary complexity and has
arguments that could mistakenly be evaluated multiple times.
