[BUG] vme_ca91cx42: a possible sleep-in-atomic bug in ca91cx42_master_set

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

According to drivers/vme/bridges/vme_ca91cx42.c, the driver may sleep under a spinlock.
The function call path is:
ca91cx42_master_set (acquire the spinlock)
  ca91cx42_alloc_resource
    ioremap_nocache --> may sleep

I do not find a good way to fix it, so I only report.
This possible bug is found by my static analysis tool (DSAC) and checked by my code review.

Thanks,
Jia-Ju Bai
