Note: the linux-review/Vitaly-Kuznetsov/Hyper-V-paravirtualized-remote-TLB-flushing-and-hypercall-improvements/20170715-023027 HEAD ac9354b5afdbfbc99257e73a7b3af517ea8ebb91 builds fine.
      It only hurts bisectibility.
