[PATCH 113/577] Staging: pohmelfs: fix comments, spaces and TAB coding style issue in netfs.h

This is a patch to the netfs.h file that fixed up a TAB and spaces
Errors found by the checkpatch.pl tools, like
	ERROR: spaces required around that '=' (ctx:VxV)
and
	ERROR: do not use C99 // comments
