[PATCH -next] staging: fix ti-st, depends on RFKILL

Fix build errors.  st_kim.c uses rfkill*() interfaces, so it
should depend on RFKILL.

st_kim.c:(.text+0x291d8a): undefined reference to `rfkill_alloc'
