[PATCH] vt6655: Rename hostap_set_hostapd, hostap_iotctl.

The functions hostap_set_hostapd, hostap_iotctl clashed with functions of the
same name with CONFIG_HOSTAP=y and/or CONFIG_VT6656=y.
