Well, you have a cypher API inside the kernel that lets you code any
cypher algorithm you want, if there is some not yet made.

2nd option, a psuedo-RNG using x^2 -x -41 modulus a prime, but Linux
already has pseudo-RNGs.

Apart from that ? You'll need not-yet-supported hardware for a start.
