Sorry, but I don't have any URL link for the firmware.

The firmwares are at the driver that RealTek submitted, without any
reference allowing its redistribution:

$ ls -la rtl8192u_linux_2.6.0006.1031.2008/firmware/RTL8192U/
total 60
drwxr-xr-x 2 mchehab mchehab  4096 Out 31  2008 .
drwxr-xr-x 3 mchehab mchehab  4096 Out 31  2008 ..
-rwxr-xr-x 1 mchehab mchehab   344 Out 31  2008 boot.img
-rwxr-xr-x 1 mchehab mchehab   796 Out 31  2008 data.img
-rwxr-xr-x 1 mchehab mchehab 45008 Out 31  2008 main.img

They've c/c the mailing list when they submitted their driver (but probably his
email is also waiting for your approval, since the tarball has more than 40 Kb).

Cheers,
Mauro
