I think the drivers are already written based on a conversation I had
with the kernel bluetooth maintainer at the kernel summit.  You might
want to drop Marcel an email about this to find out more details.

And yes, part of the big problem is the NDA issues with those specs, no
open-source-friendly NDA seemed possible so far, but I think they have
hacked around that somehow :)
