[PATCH v7 13/15] mm/hugetlb: Add a kernel parameter hugetlb_free_vmemmap

Add a kernel parameter hugetlb_free_vmemmap to disable the feature of
freeing unused vmemmap pages associated with each hugetlb page on boot.
