Is this bcm2835_defconfig or multi_v7_defconfig?


The former seems fundamentally broken on that platform, given that

2020-11-16T21:30:13    Using Device Tree in place at 00000100, end 00006646

whereas the kernel proper starts at 0x8000, which puts its page tables
at start-0x4000, which collides with the DT memory. And I have already
pointed out that the DT itself describes the first 0x1000 bytes of
memory as 'reserved', which means the DT should not be loaded there.

Of course, that does not explain why this change in particular
triggers a failure, but we *really* ought to fix that platform so it
doesn't do crazy things like that.
