We have long accepted both British and American spellings in the kernel tree. Thus, for example, there are 930 occurrences of "behaviour", 204 of which are under Documentation. They are best left as they are. (Part 3 had some similar changes). As I said in the other reply, it's a good start, and you have fixed quite a few genuine mistakes. It would be great if you could regenerate the series with these comments in mind, and I'll be happy to apply it. (When you do so, if you could get the patches threaded under the 0/3 intro, that would be helpful as well. "git send-email" can be your friend in that regard.)
