Weird. Do you want me to re-send all? You can also pull from my
git tree. Please notice that the missing files are conversion
ones. I rewrote some images in SVG, and converted the GIF ones
to PNG.

I think that the best is to merge all on your tree. I can handle any
conflicts that might happen.
