Fingers crossed. The major change in the resulting pdf seems to be that with the include directive the literal blocks are not wrapped in rectangles. Small price to pay. BR, Jani. PS. Despite all the bumps in the road and complaints about Sphinx & pdf, I think the pdf output is generally pretty nice.
