Those 3 patches are some cleanups that I wanted to make for quite some time but didn't have time so far ;) None of them will actually change the behavior of the DocBook building system. They're just cleanups. The first one documents DOCBOOKS var at "make help". The second one removes a leftover $(call foo) when building for htmldocs. The third one makes "make htmldocs" to not verbose the instructions to produce index.html.
