This is the 10th version of patch set to add support for Altera PCIe host controller with MSI feature on Altera FPGA device families. This patchset mainly resolve comments from Arnd to support loadable module and implement fixups within driver instead of calling *PCI_FIXUP* macro. Only PATCH 3/6 has changes, others unchanged.
