'make pdfdocs' failed for kgdb.pdf and reported errors of the form: 'document type does not allow element "para" here; missing one of "footnote", "caution", "important", "note", "tip", "warning", "blockquote", "informalexample" start-tag' and similar. Fixed by moving '</para>' and '</sect3>' tags to a location that made sense, fixed the errors and the pdf looks OK in relevant ereas.
