Dongliang Mu has translated a substantial portion of kernel documentation into Chinese, developed scripts/checktransupdate.py utility to automate tracking of translated content updates, and actively reviewed patches. Thus, add Dongliang Mu as a reviewer for the translations of Chinese Documentation.
