I'm going to send v8 patch, and there is a change for bnxt driver.
Drivers no longer need to set dev->ethtool->hds_thresh by themselves
instead, the ethtool core sets hds_thresh value.

This will be removed and the 2/10 patch includes setting hds_thresh value
in the ethnl_set_rings().
