[PATCH v1 12/13] KVM: selftests: Add KVM_MEM_USERFAULT + guest_memfd toggle tests

Make sure KVM_MEM_USERFAULT can be toggled on and off for
KVM_MEM_GUEST_MEMFD memslots.
