[PATCH 2/3] platform/x86: wmi: Replace dev_to_wdev() with to_wmi_device()

Replace dev_to_wdev() with to_wmi_device() to stop duplicating
functionality.

Also switch to_wmi_device() to use container_of_const() so const
values are handled correctly.
